Loving the freedom is the 11th Scrapbookalbum, and here I am in the beautiful company of the brilliant vocalist Kamilla Kovacs, whom I had a duo with for 15 years.

The last 4 years I lived in Berlin I improvised a lot free improvisation. Which means that you make everything up in the moment.

This is the first time this duo records a whole album where everything is improvised

Everything on this album is freely improvised by the duo and recorded and mixed by Mia in the homestudio in Nørrebro, Copenhagen.

On the tracks with text Kamilla is sometimes using some different texts by Joni Mitchel that she puts together in a new way.

"Cykelpumpe og puls" and "Vita" is soundcollages of multiple tracks. Vita is special guest star on the track "Vita" on voice, toy piano & percussion.
